Chili Lime Cracker

1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. achiote
½ tsp. cayenne
½ tsp. salt
1/3 cup lime juice
2/3 cup oil
4 10-inch flour tortillas

Preheat the oven to 350°.

Combine all ingredients.

Lay flour tortilla on a cookie sheet and brush evenly with chili lime mixture. Cut each tortilla into wedges.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°. Cool.

Continue to bake in batches.

Seeded Cracker

1/3 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup poppy seeds
1 egg, beaten with 2 tbsp. cold water and a pinch of salt
4 10-inch flour tortillas

Preheat the oven to 350°.

Combine the seeds in a small bowl.

Lay flour tortilla on a cookie sheet and brush with the egg wash. Sprinkle heavily with the seeds until coated. Cut each tortilla into wedges.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°. Cool.

Continue to bake in batches.
