Saigon-Fe Marinade

Serves 8 - Preparation :05 Cook :00 Stand :00 Total :05

This recipe combines, if you can picture it in your mouth, traditional Vietnamese and contemporary Southwestern flavors. Most supermarkets now carry Asian or Vietnamese fish sauce, which is primarily water and anchovy. It is a clear amber fluid and is used as frequently as soy sauce is in chinese cookery.
