Crab Spread With Tobiko Caviar

Ingredients

2 1/4 pounds cream cheese, softened
12 ounces sour cream
8 1/2 ounces crab meat, canned, drain and reserve
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon crab base
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 dashes tabasco
4 ounces tobiko caviar

Instructions

Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl and blend. Melt the butter and add the crab base, reserved crab juice and paprika.
Stir to blend and add to the cream cheese mixture. Add the parsley, crabmeat and tabasco and blend. Garnish with the caviar.
