Achiote Shrimp

For the achiote marinade

Yield: 1 quart

Ingredients:

6 oz Achiote Paste
2 Shallots, roughly chopped
1 ½ Cups orange juice
½ Cup fresh crushed garlic
1Quarts canola oil

Procedure:

1. Puree all ingredients to form a paste

For the Shrimp:

1. Saute the shrimp in enough paste to coat.
