Apple Raisin Pudding Bread

2c apples
¼ lb butter (cream-butter, sugar, and egg)
1c sugar
1 egg
3c flour
1tsp baking soda
¼ tsp allspice
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
½ c raisins

Make cream. Combine Dry ingredients, coat apple well. Combine with cream mixture. Bake in a 8-inch greased cast iron pan for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees depending on oven. Let cool to room temperature, then unmold and cut into 6 wedges. Serve with your favorite vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
