Sesame Poppy Dressing

Ingredients:

(Makes 2 cups)

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped, green part only
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in the workbowl of a food processor, process for about 15 seconds, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken the dressing before serving. Use as directed above.

NOTE: As an alternative, you can use brown sugar or a non-sugar sweetener, making sure to start with no more than 2 packets, then adding a little more if desired.
